First Impression - YSL Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my blog.  For this post I have a very special piece of info to share with you guys.  This will be a first impressions on a high end mascara that I am still surprised to have received. I was "invited" to enroll into  Influenster 's community in order to receive and review products and this time   I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.  This is one of the very few high end, full size mascaras that I have owned and lets get started. YSL decided to reformulate one of their most iconic products and changed the formula in order to have a new Lash Care formula. It claims that it will give you intense volume, intense color and, now, intense care. It contains B5 Pro-Vitamin that will strengthen and proctect the lashes. This mascara can be purchased where ever YSL is sold and for reference, price is around $32.00. It comes in 6 colors, at least that is what I was able to see on Sephora's website

My First VIB Sale - November 2014

Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog. I have a very long overdue haul to show you. It is from my first VIB sale from Sephora. Back in November last year, and since I am a VIB with Sephora I "earned" my 20% off discount code so I decided to purchase some goodies.  It was my very first VIB sale and it was madness. It was so bad that Sephora's site crashed for almost a whole day the very first day of the sale. I was able to place my order really early and get my confirmation before everyone and their mother went cray. The only thing that took almost forever was the shipping but my box arrived ok, as always. Now, let me show you what I bought and, since its been quite some time, I have used almost everything so I'm throwing a couple mini reviews as well.  Let's begin: One of the first things that I added to my cart, and surprisingly sold out very fast, was this Shiseido Facial Cotton. I know, it is an expensive bag of cotton and why buy that wh

Small Elf Haul - March 2015

Hi everyone! An extra post for this week since yesterday I picked up my ELF haul from the Presindent's Day sale. Everything was 40% off site wide but I mostly purchased some backups since I am trying to save for Sephora's Spring sale in early April. Who am I kidding? I most definately purchase something before that!! Anyways, most of the things that I purchased for myself  were on recommendation from Youtubers/beauty bloggers so I thought "why not". One of the first things that I picked up were the elf Studio Makeup Remover Cleasing Cloths. Each pack comes with 20 pre-moistened cloths and since Dani, from Coffeebreakwithdani raves about them I decided to try them out. They retail for $3.00 the pack and with the discount I ended up paying $1.80 for each. Another thing that I decided to try out is the elf Studio High Definition Undereye Setting Powder (wao! That was a mouthfull!). I have seen several Youtubers talking wonders about this pow

Empties! February 2015

Hi everyone and welcome back! Today I will share my empties with you. As you can see, I have a lot so let's get started: Since my last empties post was quite some time ago, you will noticed that we have used up a lot of the foamy hand soap from Bath & Body Works. I keep repurchasing them because we like the different scents, because of the offers, and because they don't dry out the hands. My daughter's favorite is Twilight Woods and mine, Sweet Pea. Staying in the toiletries, I used up two more Bath & Body works products: a "Carried Away" body lotion that to be honest I felt was a little too liquidy not like other lotions that I have that are a little bit thicker and also I used up a 3oz. Sweet Pea body wash. I liked it because it lathers very nicely and leaves a nice smell and softness to the skin.  I used up a Victoria's Secret body mist from a set my husband bought me a couple years ago and I still have like 1 or 2 left at h
